Great American place to eat great service. Kind of pricy but really enjoyed it very friendly staff sweet people clean and I love happy days. All kinds of stuff on the walls very interesting we will return. Keep in mind prices are a little above what , in my opinion was a little high but worth a visit.

McDonald's would've been better. Save your money and don't get sucked into this touristy trap of a restaurant. This place feels dirty, the food is mostly fried and just not worth it...

I eat the worst cheeseburger I ever eat in my life there yesterday and on national cheeseburger day. It was over cooked with a tomato you could see through and it used to be so good there however the service was great

Waited waited and waited and after 25 minutes the server came over. Food was below average and expensive . Poorly run, heard yelling in kitchen , I wish I walked out before the food came

Our daughter had the club and FF. Club was average, fried were the best! Chili average , grill cheese was cold, MALTS might have been the best we have ever had! They are worth the stop !

If I could leave zero stars, then I would. I've never been to a restaurant where the server has told a group of people that it would be better for us just to leave, because of how busy they were. There were at least half a dozen empty booths that just needed to be cleared off, and the server said they wouldn't even be cleaned for at least 20 minutes. These happy days are certainly not yours or mine at this diner.

Your typical American diner. I recommend you venture past the chain restaurants and go here. -Taste of the food was spot on, delicious. Not greasy. -Portions were perfect. -Time to receive the order, was great. We didn't expect it so fast. -Staff/waitress was exceptional. Our waitress was friendly and very knowledgable about the area and very willing to take the time to provide answers to all our questions. -Price was great, giving all the above, the price can't be beat. About $7-$8 per adult. -Restrooms were very clean. -Restaurant was very clean. -Overall, great experience, a Pigeon Forge must.

The restaurant is very narrows, small to the point that I could barely gets through to the table that the waitress took us to because I am in wheelchair so if any of you who are in wheelchair then I wish you the best luck of trying to get through to the table your waitress taking you to. The restaurant looks like it is a classic restaurant with checkered pattern everywhere from the floor to the wall which it can be a bit of overwhelming. Their foods is average for me, I had much better than their foods that they served although I have only ordered hamburgers which is a-ok but Wendy's hamburgers is much better, just that their hamburger is acceptable but not best hamburgers out there. Their french fries is a bit of greasy that caused me a bit of heartburn problem and I am very picky when it comes to foods but their french fries aren't my exactly favorite. But it was eatable, especially if I had no choice but to because of everyone in the group wanting to try out the restaurant so I was outvoted.

I don't know where to start. The one star is for great service. The food is horrible. My wife ordered the open face roast beef with corn. It was worse than leather. The corn was more them just dumping a can, water and all into a bowl and heating. My club was average at best and my fries were cool and had been sitting a while. Stay clear!

Awesome bacon cheeseburger and fries. Our waitress was friendly and we took advantage of a 10% discount we received at the comedy barn. If you want a good burger for a good price...this is the place!

This place has the best burger you will find around. I had them add chili to mine, it was awesome. Had the Reuben the next time I went it was also great. This place has good food and good service. If you are looking for a diner look no farther, I prefer this one over Mel's.

Very good Hamburgers, Flavored Fountain Sodas & Shakes! Will definitely return & would highly recommend. Staff very friendly & knowledgeable

If I could give this place 0 stars I would waited for 30 min to be seated for table after table to be seated before my party the party that came in behind me with 4 kids was seated before 2 handicap people I will never return and will tell anyone not to go there ever

Not impressed!! Food was ok, but way overpriced! The milkshakes are amazing though. Service was crap, and the server apologized and said it was bad service. It looked as though i wasn't the only one who had bad service. The manager was around and very visible, but IMO the place was over staffed!! Giving this 2 stars only because of the milkshakes!

While looking for a decent place to eat lunch in Pigeon Forge, TN I came across the Happy Days Diner. I am from the Northeast United States where I have grown up with diners so I have a special place in my heart just for them. We figured we'd give it a go since our dinner at Mel's Diner was so good the night before. The service was good, the food was good, but it just wasn't AS good as Mel's. I really have nothing to complain about as I enjoyed my time there but Mel's is just the better all around diner. If you are in Pigeon Forge looking for a Diner try Mel's, but if you have already gone to Mel's then give Happy Days a shot. You won't be disappointed. I give the Happy Days Diner a 4 Doubleday rating.

Food was ok my family of 3 had hamburgers and fries. The bill was $27 for us. The service was ok but we noticed other tables received friendlier service than us...maybe bc we had a slightly rowdy 2 yr old idk...but just an observation.

I really loved this place! The food and service was great. Our order came out quickly so there was little wait time. The only thing that would make it better is if the music played continuously instead of playing a song or two then having a large, noticable, gap of silence between the songs. I also loved the servers uniforms!

Ate tonight at Happy Days and will not return. I ordered the chicken strip dinner with a side and roll. My husband ordered the hamburger steak with side and salad. We sat quite awhile..I saw them place a plate on the counter which looked like what I had ordered. Waited and waited, no food. Finally about 30 min later, they put another plate up. It sat another 5 minutes and our waitress walked over to get those plates. Yep I got the one that had set there about 35 min. I told her I hoped it wasn't cold as it had sat for a long time. It was lukewarm and the roll was rock hard. She replaced the roll and left. Food was not good and cost us 35.00. Keep it. I won't be back!!!!!!!!!!

Not overly impressed! Our family stopped here for a quick bite. The burgers were okay. The salad was not appetizing. The food was passable, but the restaurant was kind of dirty which made me not want to really eat it.

Love love love this place. They have great service, great food, great music, great decor!!! This is my absolute favorite restaurant in the Smokies to bring the family. I also found my 100th cache here!!!

The food was mediocre at best. My wife's "hot fudge" sundae was nothing more than ice cream and Hershey's chocolate syrup. If that wasn't enough, the place was freezing cold. Here the temperature outside is in the high 20's and they must had the heat set in the 50's. Save your money and go elsewhere.

First place we stopped at in Pigeon Forge (open till 11pm on a Thursday) and it was solid. Can't say we would go back but for a one time thing, it's not bad at all. It's just another diner dressed up in Happy Days trimmings with menu items named after characters, etc. The patty melt was solid and the chicken and dumplings were pretty good as well. Get the loaded fries though...those are great! They had the vanilla and cherry coke fountain drinks which were great. Seemed like everyone was getting milk shakes but we couldn't eat any more food so can't comment on that. The staff was nice and the place was clean. Sucks the jukebox won't play on it's own but it is only 25 cents a song.

Awesome milkshakes! Service is always fast and friendly! Visit here every time I come to pigeon forge. Highly recommend it!

Took the family here for lunch. There was 5 us and the bill total was over 54 dollars so it was a little pricey for a diner. But the food was good, the wife liked the Chili cheese burger. the Waitress Patty was nice and the service was good.
(3)Sean O.
We stopped here on a whim for a late lunch. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The fare is diner-style so don't come here looking for health food! In particular, the milkshakes we had were outstanding!
(4)Michelle C.
Don't waste your money! Awful waiter and order kids meal which included a drink and charged us for it! Asked to remove it and no such luck! Waiter only gave refills once! They were not busy and I can see why! We love to eat out on vacation but our bill was high for a burger and French dip sandwich!
(1)Kimberly S.
I decided to stop here because it was convenient and was pleasantly surprised after seeing that it only received one star. The service was great and everyone was really happy with what they ordered. It is really more deserving of 3 stars but I wanted to boost it's ratings from 1 star so I gave it 4 stars!

I only ate here once so this may not be the most accurate review of an overall experience but I'll never go back. We were in a group of about 10 and were laughing and having a good time, not drunk or anything, just having a good time with friends. One of the guys asked if they had fried twinkies - which do exist - and the waitress told him to shut up and order off the menu or go somewhere else. She wasn't kidding. I asked to talk to the manager when we were leaving and he wasn't in the least interested. I guess when you cater mostly to tourists you don't expect repeat business. I wouldn't eat there again even if it was free. Feel free to check my other reviews - this is not average review for me.
